Law of Foreigners
We offer legal assistance in the law of foreigners, we represent foreigners in administrative proceedings in the voivode’s office, the foreign affairs department, the Head of the Office for Foreigners. We prepare requests/applications, appeals from administrative decisions, and complaints from administrative decisions to courts. In particular, we help in obtaining a temporary stay, permanent residence, a Polish card, Polish citizenship, a work permits and invitations. We also receive social assistance, we help in obtaining a permit for foreigners to purchase real estate. We assist in obtaining compensations from accidental damages, injuries and losses from the perpetrator's OC for foreigners who had an accident on the territory of Poland.

- Assistance in obtaining a temporary residence permit, permanent residence, tolerated stay, stay for humanitarian reasons, residence cards (legalization of stay) and long-term resident of the European Community.
- Preparation and submission of applications for permits and representing foreigners in proceedings before the voivode and the department for foreigners in all matters related to the legalization of their stay.
- Preparation of applications for Polish citizenship.
- Assistance in obtaining refugee status.
- Representing foreigners in administrative proceedings before the voivod, foreign affairs department, the Head of the Office for Foreigners, public administration bodies, in court proceedings before the provincial administrative court and before the Supreme Administrative Court, as well as in proceedings before common courts in Poland.
- Preparation of appeals from administrative decisions, appeals to the Head of the Office for Foreigners and complaints about administrative decisions to courts.
